Meet Our Team
Steven, an Old Dominion University graduate, joined the GC Commercial team in 2023 as a Project Manager, bringing with him a strong foundation in business leadership, collaboration, and client service. Steven quickly became known for his commitment to teamwork and his ability to cultivate productive partnerships. Promoted to Chief Operations Officer in 2025, he now oversees operational excellence across the organization. Outside the office, Steven enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their three children.
Caleb, an Indiana State–trained construction professional, built his expertise through roles in sales, product development, and national project management before fully embracing his passion for the construction industry. Since 2019, he has led successful healthcare, government, commercial, and residential projects at GC Commercial. Known for his diligence and determination, he excels at navigating complex challenges and building lasting client relationships.

Stephanie holds an MBA from Liberty University and joined the GC Commercial team in 2026. She has over 20 years of executive experience in operations, finance, marketing, and strategic growth. Stephanie thrives on building high-performing organizations through collaboration and mission focus. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, and going to the beach.
Erica joined GC Commercial in 2019. She really enjoys working with the great team at GC Commercial. Outside of the office, Erica spends time with her family and kids, and she enjoys going to the beach, working out and traveling.
Nathan is a devoted professional with a decade of hands-on experience in the roofing industry, specializing in designs, installations, and team leadership across residential and commercial projects in Virginia. Transitioning into project management, Nate now oversees multifaceted construction endeavors, applying his roofing knowledge to streamline operations and drive success.

Mike joined GC Commercial in 2021 as an Estimator. Mike has estimated a wide variety of successful projects in the government, commercial, and healthcare industries. He's an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Michael joined GC Commercial in 2024 as a Project Manager. He holds a Master of Science from Old Dominion University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute. Michael enjoys project management for the daily challenges and the opportunity to tackle something new each day. Outside of work, he enjoys playing hockey and camping.
