This interior renovation transformed the outlet store into a clean, modern retail environment designed for durability, functionality, and an enhanced customer experience. The space was completely gutted prior to construction, providing the opportunity for a full rebuild and comprehensive upgrade of all interior finishes and building systems. The project included the installation of a new HVAC system to improve overall comfort and energy efficiency, along with fully updated electrical and new lighting throughout the space. New ceiling cloud panels were installed to create visual interest and a contemporary aesthetic, while also concealing and supporting the upgraded mechanical and electrical components. The renovation included new flooring, wall finishes, and updated layout configurations to improve circulation and merchandise display flexibility.
