Renovation of a 7,550 square-foot area into 2 classrooms, 5 offices, copier room, pantry, and 2 closet/storage rooms and reception area. Work included demolition, drywall and finishing, wall modifications, electrical, HVAC, new paint, new ceilings, new flooring, new doors and hardware, new data lines, and new casework.
