The Chesapeake GC Commercial, Inc. remodeled and restored the apartment homes within The Chesapeake Retirement Community utilizing the following services: Installation of crown molding New appliances New lighting fixtures New vanities New grab bars Interior painting of walls, doors and trim  

Renovation included mechanical, plumbing, electrical, framing walls, finishing, painting, new acoustical ceiling, new cabinetry, and new flooring.

Renovation of a 7,550 square-foot area into 2 classrooms, 5 offices, copier room, pantry, and 2 closet/storage rooms and reception area. Work included demolition, drywall and finishing, wall modifications, electrical, HVAC, new paint, new ceilings, new flooring, new doors and hardware, new data lines, and new casework.

Renovation consisted of framing, drywall, existing wall modifications, ceilings, mechanical, electrical, paint, custom casework, and new flooring.
