College of William & Mary Provost Office and Main Lobby at Blow Hall

The project encompassed a full interior renovation of the third-floor executive and provost offices, including complete demolition and rebuilding of the space. Scope of work included high-end finishes such as custom marble installations, floor-to-ceiling glass wall systems, and refined wood cladding all executed with exceptional attention to detail. Our in-house carpentry team played a critical role in crafting and installing the extensive woodwork throughout the office suite. In addition to the third floor, GC Commercial also renovated the main entry lobby on the second floor, enhancing the space with updated finishes and modern design elements to better reflect the building’s significance on campus.
